Dauphin Consumers Co-op is hiring for the new position of Human Resources Coordinator in our Administration department in Dauphin, MB.

What you’ll do:
As part of the Human Resources team, and reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator provides essential administrative support across core Human Resources functions. This role ensures the integrity, timeliness, and confidentiality of HR processes and plays a key part in supporting operational compliance, safety standards, and employee service delivery.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing payroll, and associated reports and remittances.
- Employee data management, maintaining accurate and timely records, tracking data and generating reports for internal programs and union requests.
- Total rewards, including benefit and pension management, and LTD administration.
- Coordinate and administer internal employee programs.
- Coordinate and track required internal training.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain data used for compliance with employment standards, collective bargaining agreement, and internal policies.
- Accommodation and injury case support, including the creation and maintenance of programs and WCB reporting.
- Actively supports teambuilding within/between teams.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail and have:
- Post-secondary education in a related field. Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP), Bookkeeping certificate, CPA designation an asset.
- 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in payroll administration, HR administration, bookkeeping, or related experience.
- Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
- Experience with payroll, benefit, or pension administration preferred.
- Prior exposure to safety program administration is an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Team, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize high-volume, deadline-driven work.
