Duties:
This position is responsible for providing strategic human resource advice, guidance, and services to management and employees across the Manitoba government. Key areas of accountability include workforce and strategic HR planning, labour and employee relations, organizational design, and the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The role also supports disability management and workplace accommodation efforts in alignment with legislative requirements and best practices. The HR Business Partner collaborates closely with client departments to implement strategic HR initiatives, leveraging innovative approaches aligned with established frameworks, tools, and processes to deliver value, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive measurable results.
