Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a chef.
• Completion of MAPAQ food safety and sanitation training, or equivalent certification.
• Strong mastery of basic cooking techniques (sautéing, grilling, frying, etc.) and knife skills are essential.
• Ability to create recipes from scratch.
• Availability to work on-site downtown.
• Culinary academic training is preferred.
