We’re seeking a driven and energetic Leasing Representative to join our team and take ownership of a high-end portfolio in Downtown Halifax. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

What You’ll do:

• Manage a premium portfolio of properties with professionalism and attention to detail;
• Coordinate and conduct property showings and tours for prospective tenants;
• Maintain organized schedules, leasing documentation, and follow-up communications;
• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and through emails, phone calls;
• Support marketing efforts and contribute to leasing strategies that drive occupancy;
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity;
• Other duties, as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in leasing, sales, or real estate;
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft, Word and Excel. Experience using Yardi and CRM considered an asset;
• Must be flexible including working on some evenings and weekends;
• A valid Nova Scotia driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle;
• Passion for delivering results;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
