The Position:
Plan, organize and direct the daily operations ofmanufacturing to meet sales requirements in a safe and efficient manner

Specific Accountabilities:

• Ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance with company specifications
• Preparing daily and weekly schedule in ERP system
• Ensure plant efficiencies, including product scheduling and raw material availability
• Scheduling of employees
• Attract, retain and motivate the best possible people
• Conduct Employee performance reviews and pay reviews according to company procedures
• Promote the training and development of the skills of all Production staff
• Promote cross training of employees in your department
• Follow company policies and procedures

Ideal Qualifications:

• Good planning and organizing skills
• Flexible to work all scheduled shifts which may include weekends
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• First aid and C.P.R. certificate
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Data entry and computer knowledge
• Basic mathematics and ability to do required calculations
• J.H.S.C. experience
