About the role
Ready to suit up as a Concierge Security Supervisor
Your strength in supervision lies in your ability to mobilize a team, build trust, and encourage collaboration. If you know how to rally people around common goals, this position is for you.
As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 0700-1500
Location : N2H 5G5

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Supervisor
- Lead and manage on-site security team
- Oversee team performance, quality, and daily schedules
- Train, coach, and support security staff
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Post Orders
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor CCTV systems
- Ensure guards are up to date with all instructions
- Manage and issue access cards
- Complete and review daily and incident reports
- Assist with investigations and manage onsite emergencies
- Act as liaison between security team and stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as required
- Proficient in technology, including Google OS, Android, and Google applications
Qualifications for Concierge Security Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
- Excellent leadership skills
- One year of experience in security supervisor and team management
- First aid certification mandatory
- Hold a valid security license
