As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager – Sales to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, client service, and project management—ensuring opportunities are developed, tracked, and successfully converted into lasting business. The Opportunity The Project Manager – Sales will play a key role in supporting our sales leadership team, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating cross-functional efforts between business development, estimating, operations, and marketing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams. What You’ll Do
- Manage sales opportunities from lead generation through to contract execution, ensuring smooth transitions between departments.
- Track and report on project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
- Coordinate proposal submissions, RFPs, and presentations in collaboration with sales leadership and estimating teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring responsiveness and professional follow-up.
- Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, maintain CRM updates, and ensure data accuracy for pipeline reporting.
- Provide organizational support to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management, sales coordination, or account management (construction or architectural products industry preferred).
- Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of construction practices, specifications, or building materials is a strong asset.
