In this role, you will contribute to Starbucks success by providing financial leadership and cross-functional support. This includes planning and reporting, variance analysis and commentary, as well as analytical and strategic support for new growth initiatives.
As a Financial Analyst, FP&A, You Will
- Be the analytical thought partner to Finance leadership and other cross functional teams.
- Support all aspects of the performance management process, including monthly tracking & reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning.
- Own financial modeling to help shape final recommendations and decisions for the FP&A team.
- Track financial results, monitor KPIs and evaluate trends to elevate profitability management.
- Assist in the Strategic Planning process, providing analytical support for longer-term business strategies.
We’d Love To Hear From People With
- Bachelor's Degree (business, finance or accounting specialization preferred).
- 0-2 years of professional experience with prior experience in the consumer-packaged goods or retail industries considered an asset.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Compensation & Benefits The typical hiring range for this position is $65,100 - $88,000 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
