Endor Health is a fast-growing digital health program dedicated to supporting Canadians living with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. They provide personalized, technology-driven care that makes it easier for patients to access medications, devices, education, and ongoing support.

We are seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist to deliver best-in-class care for our Endor Health patients.

This role is based at ScaleRx pharmacy in Oakville, where you will ensure every Endor Health patient receives timely, expert, and compassionate service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive diabetes-focused patient care: dispense medications, give pharmaceutical opinions, and counsel patients on therapy and devices.
• Collaborate with Endor Health clinicians and care coordinators to develop and execute personalized care plans.
• Deliver exceptional service through in-app chat and phone support.
• Oversee logistics to ensure prescriptions are processed and delivered on time.
• Contribute insights to help Endor Health continuously improve its technology-enabled pharmacyexperience.

• Capability to implement and review SOPs to maintain OCP compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), or equivalent international degree.
• Current registration and good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Canadian Diabetes Educator Certification is not required but an asset
• Proficiency in additional languages is not required but an asset
• and in Kroll paperless systems is not required but an asset

Work Location & Hours:

• In person at ScaleRx Pharmacy Oakville.
• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., with occasional weekend coverage.

• Starting wage of $50/hour, with potential for higher rates based on experience.
