The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Uphold our company standards of: Cleanliness, Quality & Service
• Understand the importance of keeping a clean kitchen
• Assist with the daily production of all products
• Help with finding efficiencies and ways to improve production

-Enforce quality control - all products leaving the kitchen are up to our standards

• Proper and safe use of all equipment
• Maintain temperature logs
• Adhere to Health Department standards
