Tasks
- Supervise staff and ensure the quality, cleanliness, and organization of the premises.
- Check maintenance and snow removal and report any necessary repairs.
- Manage inventory (tickets, receipts, supplies, etc.).
- Support employees during peak periods.
- Ensure staff presence and fill in for absences when necessary.
- Train new employees.
- Prepare required reports (financial, incident, operational).
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.

- Availability for day, evening, and night shifts is required.
