About the role
A company specializing in foundation construction, pile installation, and building stabilization, offering excavation and demolition services for the initial stages of construction. They are involved in large-scale projects for clients across Quebec. In a period of growth, the company is currently seeking a dynamic and organized administrative assistant to join their team. Tasks
- Assist sales representatives in managing internal leads and organizing client files.
- Read and understand basic construction plans (experience in the construction field is an asset).
- File and manage administrative documents.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager (Shawn) in various tasks.
- Perform routine administrative tasks (handling correspondence, preparing reports, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams through communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, phone, and email.
- Perform any other administrative tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
- DEC in administration or any other relevant studies.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Bilingual in both written and spoken French and English for the anglophone clientele established in Quebec (40%).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge in the construction field (an asset).
