About the role

A well-established company, specializing in heating and air conditioning for several decades, with multiple branches across the country, is looking to support its growth by hiring a sales talent in Saint-Laurent.
Tasks
- Provide customer service at the counter, over the phone, via text message, and by email.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and orders in collaboration with the purchasing team.
- Ensure product distribution to customers according to counter orders.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers.
- Work closely with the distribution team and sales representatives to manage operational challenges.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in the system.
- Assist the warehouse team when needed (physical tasks).
- Perform any other related duties as requested by the supervisor.
Job requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software tools, such as Power BI.
- Ability to perform physical tasks when required (must be able to lift up to 25 kg).
- Advanced English proficiency (English will be used in approximately 50% of daily communications).
- College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in building mechanics, air conditioning and ventilation systems, or relevant training in a related field (an asset).
- Experience in the construction industry (an asset).
