Collaborate with production, operations support, engineering, and tool designers to assess tooling needs, define tooling concepts, validate manufacturing processes, and prepare production and quality documentation. Coordinate tooling projects, schedules, costs, and suppliers, provide technical support to production, and improve manufacturing processes and performance.

Lead cross-functional process improvement and integration projects, analyzing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and risks, and developing and implementing sustainable solutions. Coordinate process mapping, documentation, approvals, publication, change management, and quality and compliance checks throughout project delivery.

Perform mechanical design in CATIA V5 and produce detail and installation drawings for aerospace work packages. Support aircraft production and assembly, resolve airframe and systems issues, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers, and lead projects focused on delivery, productivity, and cost performance.

Perform detailed inspections of helicopters, aircraft components, engines, structures, and systems, and verify compliance with airworthiness requirements, TCCA regulations, maintenance programs, and company standards. Support the quality management system through audits, non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and collaboration with technical and operational teams.

Perform independent quality verifications and inspections, monitor project processes against Manufacturing and Inspection Test Plans, and verify compliance with approved procedures, company standards, technical specifications, and ASME requirements. Support quality documentation and project teams, conduct vendor inspections, and perform permitted NDE activities in industrial and radiological field environments.

The Operations Lead is responsible for supervising a team of 25 technicians to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. They will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage departmental resources to achieve operational excellence.
