Conduct internal and external quality audits of the repair station and vendors, monitor maintenance for compliance, document findings, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance to production, verify aircraft documentation and records, support external audits, and coordinate with departments to help deliver aircraft projects on time.

Lead a team managing a global network of repair suppliers and oversee the end-to-end repair cycle, including quotations, approvals, repairs, shipments, and returns. Improve supplier performance and turnaround times, resolve escalations and operational constraints, report risks and results, and drive cost control and continuous improvement.
