About

AIIM helps organizations deliver smarter, more secure communication—across print, mail, signage, and digital—so they can connect with people and drive real results. We combine data, technology, craftsmanship, and enterprise-grade security to support regulated industries, national brands, and complex organizations that need accuracy, speed, and scale. What we do: Direct Mail & Marketing Communications From personalized mail to fully automated, triggered programs, our award-winning direct mail solutions cut through digital noise and strengthen customer relationships. We integrate with leading MarTech platforms and build omnichannel workflows that connect print, email, SMS, and online ads. Large-Format & Environmental Graphics We help businesses transform their physical spaces with high-impact signage and graphics—walls, windows, floors, vehicles, retail environments, branch networks, events, and wayfinding. Fast production, colour accuracy, and expert installation come standard. Transactional Mail Highly secure printing and mailing for regulated, mission-critical documents including statements, invoices, tax receipts, policies, and notices. SOC 2 Type II processes and full audit trails ensure accuracy and compliance. Commercial & Digital Printing Offset, digital, roll-fed, and large-format print with decades of craftsmanship. Versioning, personalization, kitting, bindery, and fulfillment handled in-house. Sustainability We are North America’s first carbon-neutral direct mail from tree to mailbox, helping organizations reduce impact and move toward low-carbon communication. Enterprise Platforms AIIM's Digital Storefront, AIIM's Automation Platform for Critical Client Communications (secure communication management), and Smart Document Access for Canadian Insurers (insurance document libraries) give teams control, consistency, and speed across every touchpoint.
