We're looking for Senior Machine Learning Experts to author high-fidelity reasoning traces — structured, step-by-step records of how an AI should approach and solve complex real-world tasks. This is more than annotation. You'll be capturing expert-level decision-making in a form that trains LLMs to reason more reliably, plan more effectively, and use tools more intelligently. Your work will directly influence how frontier AI models behave in production. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior ML professionals who want meaningful, intellectually stimulating work on their own schedule.
