Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical programs across Core Banking platforms and banking applications. Manage program scope, roadmap, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets. Partner with Business, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Risk/Compliance teams. Drive Core Banking modernization, platform migration, integration, and transformation initiatives. Coordinate multiple engineering teams and manage cross-program dependencies. Oversee APIs, microservices, data migration, system integrations, and cloud initiatives. Establish program governance, status reporting, KPIs, RAID logs, and executive communication. Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks. Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate program progress to senior leadership. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management within Banking/Financial Services. Strong Core Banking domain knowledge. Experience with Core Banking platforms, banking products, and financial systems. Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud, databases, and system integration. Experience managing large, complex technology programs with multiple teams. Strong Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and program governance experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
