The Development Officer will build and steward relationships with South Asian community leaders and organizations to foster philanthropic engagement and awareness. They will also coordinate community-led fundraising initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure culturally responsive outreach.

Deliver First Link® programs by conducting client intakes, providing one-to-one phone support, and facilitating workshops and support groups for people affected by dementia. Manage and train service-delivery volunteers while maintaining a formal referral network of healthcare professionals and community organizations.
