Description de poste Lieu de travail : Val-d’Or, Québec Travaille sous la supervision du/de la : Superviseur de la préparation des échantillons. Responsabilité Générale : Vous préparez les échantillons des clients pour l’analyse dans nos laboratoires. Principales tâches: Tâches du P2 Expédition et réception des échantillons et des fournitures. En mesure de former / mentorer nouveaux employés sur les procédures de préparation standard. Habilité à gérer et résoudre des problèmes de base interne. Peut aider à l'entretien de base comme de tirer une machine à l'extérieur d'une baie. Peut aider au contrôle des inventaires. Posséder une connaissance de base des ordinateurs. Détenir un permis d'utiliser un chariot élévateur à fourche et de faire les inspections journalières. Application correcte des produits et des méthodes conformément; Familier avec toutes les règles de sécurité pour le laboratoire et la préparation d’échantillons; Autres tâches assignées par le directeur, le directeur adjoint ou les superviseurs. Exigences : Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un laboratoire minéral commercial; Bonne communication et habiletés manuelles; Avoir un permis de conduire valide et un dossier avec un historique sans faute; Carte de compétence de cariste. Exigences physiques : Doit être capable de rester debout/assis pendant de longues périodes; L’environnement peut être poussiéreux et très chaud; Doit être capable d’exécuter un ensemble de tâches différentes; Être en mesure de produire sur une base régulière par quart; o 180 échantillons ou plus (3Kg) concassés. o 230 pulvérisé 250 g ou plus o 180 pulvérisé 1000 g ou plus Doit être capable de soulever jusqu’à 50 livres (l’assistance d’un autre employé/équipement de levage est obligatoire si le montant dépasse 50 livres); Être toujours rasé de près afin de porter l’équipement de protection (masque protecteur contre la poussière, lunettes de sécurité et bouchons d’oreilles). Les candidats doivent avoir la capacité de soulever périodiquement des poids au cours de la journée et de travailler dans un environnement poussiéreux et très chaud. Dans le cas contraire, un tel poste ne vous conviendrait pas. La sécurité interdit de porter des verres de contact, en tout temps, dans le laboratoire. The primary responsibility is preparing client samples for analysis in the laboratory, which includes shipping and receiving samples and supplies. This role also involves training new employees on standard preparation procedures and handling basic internal problem resolution.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial mineral laboratory, possess good communication and manual dexterity skills, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record. Physical requirements include the ability to stand/sit for long periods, work in dusty/hot environments, and lift up to 50 pounds, while strictly adhering to all laboratory safety rules.
