About the Role Reporting to the asset manager, the CMMS coordinator is responsible for administering and optimizing Aquatera’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) as a core component of our asset management program. This role supports maintenance planning, asset data management, reporting and workflow standardization to ensure effective asset lifecycle management and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize Aquatera’s CMMS (Cityworks) to support effective asset management and maintenance operations. Maintain asset data integrity, system standards and governance practices across the CMMS environment. Coordinate with operations, engineering, GIS, IT, and finance teams to support system improvements, integrations and data accuracy. Manage asset lifecycle information, including asset creation, updates, retirements and data audits. Develop and maintain standardized maintenance workflows, preventive maintenance programs and maintenance planning processes. Monitor asset and maintenance data quality, identify improvement opportunities and resolve data discrepancies. Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Provide CMMS training, user support and documentation to ensure consistent system adoption and best practices. Promote a strong safety culture and demonstrate Aquatera’s principles, core values and code of conduct. Qualifications and Required Skills Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning and scheduling, asset management or related operational systems. Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in database management, reporting and data analysis. Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar analytics platforms. Knowledge of asset management and maintenance management practices; experience in a utility, municipal, industrial or infrastructure environment is an asset. Experience with Cityworks CMMS is a strong asset. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, engineering, finance, IT, and GIS teams.
