Hands-on Python skills and the ability to engage deeply in technical decisions. Experience taking software from an early concept into production. Confidence working directly with customers, managing expectations and explaining technical trade-offs. Practical familiarity with LLM-powered applications, agent workflows and evaluating system quality. Experience using AI development tools with clear standards for code quality and human review. Sound judgment in environments where priorities and requirements can change. Why Join Significant ownership over your team, technical decisions and hiring. A mix of hands-on engineering and people leadership. Varied technical challenges with direct visibility into customer outcomes. An environment that values autonomy, collaboration and sustainable working practices. Competitive compensation, equity and fully remote work across Canada.
