Responsibilities * Assist the architects and senior team members in project design * 2D and 3D visualizations * Construction detailing and researching appropriate materials * Validate plans with project programs and apply the code analyses prepared by senior architects * Review existing documentation and visit sites in order to gather data for the preparation of architectural drawings, documentation, models and visualizations * Actively maintaining and progressing the professional requirements for provincial internship Qualifications * Accredited professional architectural degree from a CACB recognized University * Registration in, or eligibility to register in, a provincial professional internship program; * 2+ years of relevant experience in an Architectural consulting firm is nice to have * Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam are nice to have * Preference given to candidates with knowledge of visualization software (Sketchup, VRay, Enscape); Adobe Creative Suite and Generative Design Tools. * Rhino, Grasshopper, Veras and other parametric and AI design tools are nice to have * Portfolio of applicants work is required Compensation * AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $60,100 - $79,600 * MB & ON: $54,800 - $75,400 * NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $54,200 - $72,000 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
