Responsibilities include managing project schedules, costs, and risks while overseeing technical teams and ensuring compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability goals. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. A minimum of 8 years of experience in building mechanics, project management, and BIM environments is required, along with PMP or CAMP certification.
