Position Summary Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Seasonal Yard Services Attendant plays a critical role in supporting both internal and external customer service needs. This includes maintaining a safe and organized yard, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting the service and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Preparation and Deployment: Work with the Service Coordinator to prepare parts and assets for deployment. Shipping and Receiving: Inspect propane tanks, assets, and parts upon receipt; verify third-party shipping/receiving documentation. Asset Maintenance: Supervise tank shipments, inspect assets before departure, and ensure carriers have the required documentation. Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, reconciliation, and maintain up-to-date yard inventory. Site Organization: Organize and maintain yard locations, supply storage areas, and ensure cleanliness and order. Support Operations: Provide additional support to daily operations as required. Qualifications and Skills Licensing: Minimum Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 3 license and crane ticket are assets. Experience: Prior experience with propane and knowledge of CSA B149 Gas Codes are assets. Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and ability to handle dynamic, physically demanding tasks. Interpersonal Skills: Team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer service focus. Organizational Abilities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
