Manage industrial construction and fabrication projects from estimating and bid preparation through on-site execution. Coordinate clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors while tracking budgets, schedules, quality, contractual requirements, and safety.

Lead the monthly close and prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, variance analyses, and multi-company consolidations, including intercompany transactions. Improve accounting processes, monitor general ledger accounts, fixed assets, and cash flow, and prepare year-end audit materials while supporting financial analysis and budgeting.

Plan and coordinate construction projects from initiation through final acceptance, including schedules, bids, meetings, subcontractors, and project documentation. Manage budgets, costs, invoicing, quality and compliance, while fostering collaboration and maintaining relationships with clients and project partners.

Provide classroom and hands-on training to new school bus drivers, deliver ongoing training to current employees, and assess driver skills against company and Quebec transportation standards. Maintain training records, support incident investigations and corrective actions, contribute to safety initiatives, and travel between training sites.

Process supplier, subcontractor, and professional invoices; track payments, statements, contractual holdbacks, and compliance documents; and perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Support monthly and year-end closing, prepare GST/QST reports, assist with project financing disbursements, and handle some customer accounts, receipts, and rent-related tasks.
