About the Role We're looking for a Senior Order & Production Coordinator — someone who's highly organized, detail-driven, and can succeed in a fast-moving production environment. This is not a basic customer service role. It's about managing production timelines, packaging details, and logistics to make sure every order runs smoothly, stays on spec, and ships on time. What You'll Do Manage complex orders from production start to final delivery. Track timelines, updates, and dependencies using production calendars. Coordinate closely with factories, shipping, and fulfillment teams to keep everything moving. Work with Customer Service to get quick answers on order details and approvals. Double-check all specs, packaging notes, and shipping instructions before release. Flag potential delays early and work cross-functionally to stay on schedule. What You Bring Experience managing custom or made-to-order production (promo, print, packaging, or similar industries). Strong attention to detail and a calm, organized approach under pressure. Excellent communication — able to chase info and follow up without letting details slip. A natural problem-solver who enjoys connecting the dots between art, production, and logistics.

Manage complex custom merchandise orders from production start to final delivery while tracking timelines and dependencies. Coordinate effectively with factories, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure all specifications are met and shipments arrive on time.

Requires experience managing custom or made-to-order production in industries such as promo, print, or packaging. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
