The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound outreach and managing the sales pipeline in HubSpot. They will also support the Account Executive team with sales enablement content, CRM data management, and event representation.

Manage high-volume accounts payable, vendor relations, and job costing for HVAC/R operations. Handle general accounting tasks including month-end close, tax filings, and payroll remittances.
