Lead safe, compliant underground production, development, mine services, paste fill, construction, and contractor activities while delivering operating plans, schedules, quality, and cost targets. Manage budgets and performance, develop underground leaders and teams, strengthen operating systems, and coordinate with site functions to resolve constraints and improve results.
