About the role BUILD IT's Preconstruction Services team carries a project from design through permitting into construction, all under one roof — getting involved early, while a project is still being designed, and keeping a construction budget in mind throughout so what gets designed is also what can be built, on budget. As Project Manager, Preconstruction Services, you'll own that mandate from initial RFP through to the start of construction. You'll represent the project across feasibility, design development, and permitting — leading constructability review, value engineering, high-level budget oversight, and consultant procurement — so the handoff from design into build is seamless.
