- Key Accountability/Responsibilities • Billing & Client Management: Process invoicing, manage credits, handle cancellations, and coordinate deadline/request changes • Quality Control: Review file entry data to ensure accuracy • Operational Support: Provide receptionist coverage, back up Project Managers, assist with client meetings/troubleshooting, and support other departments as needed • Team Development: Train new staff, participate in cross-training, and support overall Customer Service team success - • Education & Experience: University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience; demonstrated success in Customer Service or Lab Operations • Technical Skills: Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook); basic chemistry knowledge is an asset • Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills (French is an asset); ability to work effectively with lab operations, managers, and team members • Professional Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, independent yet collaborative; responsible, dedicated, positive, motivated; represents Bureau Veritas values at all times • Core Competencies: Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and priority-setting abilities - -
