They will also collaborate with process owners to develop custom solutions and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules. Candidates must have at least five years of ServiceNow experience, including three years of application development and proficiency in JavaScript and web services. Professional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer are required.
