Build constructive relationships with union representatives, coach leaders and HR colleagues, and contribute to labour strategies, investigations, training, and policy development.

Provides confidential administrative and coordination support to Human Resources leaders and staff, including document preparation, scheduling, communications, records management, and customer service. Supports HR programs and employee lifecycle activities, maintains accurate data and confidential records, and coordinates departmental meetings, events, and operational needs.

Analyze complex organizational and PeopleSoft HRMS data to produce insights, forecasts, dashboards, reports, and recommendations for workforce planning, operational decisions, and strategic initiatives. Improve data quality and governance, automate reporting and audit processes, and advise stakeholders on analytics and PeopleSoft reporting practices.
