About

The Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of more than 600 family doctors and nurse practitioners who work with teams of other health professionals to offer patients the best in primary health care. Our PCN serves 400,000 patients in northwest Calgary and Cochrane. Together with our community partners, we offer round-the-clock care. We work to achieve better health outcomes for our patients. We believe we can make a difference. We have almost 200 staff (including health management nurses, clinical pharmacists, behavioural health consultants, social workers, dietitians and administrative staff) - and we are growing. A career with our PCN will provide: - a competitive salary and benefits package - opportunities for development and career growth - an opportunity for health care professionals to work side by side in a medical clinic in collaboration with our members
