Position Summary: The QC Administrator / Document Controller role provides critical administrative and document control support to the Quality Control team. This position is responsible for managing technical documentation, maintaining quality records, tracking inspection and testing activities, and supporting progressive turnover across assigned projects. Reporting to the Quality Control Lead, this role plays a key part in ensuring quality documentation is accurate, current, secure, and distributed in a timely manner to support project execution and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and control all technical quality documentation for assigned projects, including revision tracking, receipt, distribution, and retention. Maintain secure data imaging systems and upload documentation in accordance with company and client requirements. Serve as a communication channel between Quality and other business units, prioritizing and facilitating information flow. Populate, maintain, and track Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) logs. Track quality milestones, documentation status, and percentage complete to support progressive turnover. Provide weekly status updates on documentation and quality progress. Support turnover documentation preparation and tracking. Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and alignment with quality standards. Assist the Quality Control team with administrative and coordination tasks as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certification in office administration, document control, or a related field is considered an asset. 5–8 years of experience in a similar QC administration or document control role within the oil & gas or industrial sector is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with document control or cloud-based systems. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining accountability and reliability. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Commitment to safety as a core value.
