Now Hiring Valet Attendants – Front Services As a Valet Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a lasting first impression for our guests. You will provide warm, professional, and efficient service while ensuring the safe handling of guest vehicles and belongings. Key Responsibilities: Greet and acknowledge all guests warmly, using their name whenever possible. Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and genuine appreciation. Assist guests and visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage. Clearly communicate parking procedures and provide directions as required. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxis) for guests upon request. Maintain awareness of hotel premises and report any safety or security concerns. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval when required. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members. Comply with all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is considered an asset. Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs without assistance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods or for the duration of a shift.
