Develop and support collective kitchens and the Escouade Alimenterre program, and design and lead educational workshops on cooking, healthy eating, food recovery, and budgeting. Coordinate with local producers, partners, municipalities, and community stakeholders to promote recovered food, plan activities, and support local agriculture projects.
