Key Responsibilities: • Lead production operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives are achieved. • Supervise and support frontline supervisors and unionized employees. • Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules to meet operational priorities and deadlines. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. • Support employee training, development, and engagement initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and improve overall performance. Qualifications: • High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Management, or a related technical field is considered an asset. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment. • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment. • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. • Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • French-English bilingualism is highly preferred.
