We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Marketing Program Lead to join our client's team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading and executing large-scale, high-profile global initiatives across Community Investment, Brand, Colleague Engagement, and Customer Trust programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven cross-functional leadership skills, capable of providing additional capacity for program planning, coordination, and execution while strengthening operational processes and stakeholder alignment enterprise-wide. This position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful work with high visibility to senior leadership, creating measurable impact for customers, communities, and colleagues in a flexible, autonomous, and fast-paced environment. This is a 12 month contract, our client is working in their office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic, large-scale global initiatives across Community Investment, Brand, employee engagement, and customer trust programs. Develop project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, budgets, risk management strategies, and success metrics. Manage complex stakeholder communications and alignment activities across multiple regions and business functions without formal authority. Facilitate strategic working sessions, governance forums, and decision-making bodies. Track project budgets, risks, dependencies, and key performance milestones to ensure program optimization. Coordinate cross-functional activities across diverse teams, including Brand, Communications, HR, Community Investment, business units, external partners, and global markets. Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, process improvements, and program activation. Requirements Strategic Program & Project Management: 10+ years of overall experience leading complex, large-scale strategic initiatives, programs, or enterprise-wide projects. Stakeholder Management & Global Leadership: Advanced experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment within large global organizations. Governance & Operational Execution: Proven ability to establish and execute strategic plans, governance structures, budget tracking, risk management frameworks, and performance measurement systems. Education: Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Social Impact, or a related field. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to influence without direct authority. Experience in Community Investment, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Social Impact, or Corporate Affairs. Background in Brand, Marketing, Communications, or Employee Engagement within the Banking or Insurance industries. Experience managing global transformation initiatives within complex matrix organizations. Ready to make an impact? Requirements

Requires 10+ years of experience leading complex strategic programs, with advanced cross-functional stakeholder management and global leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with expertise in governance, budgets, risk management, performance measurement, and preferably experience in community investment, CSR, corporate affairs, or brand and marketing in banking or insurance.
