They will also mentor junior team members and ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time. Candidates must have 10+ years of engineering experience with specific knowledge of electrical distribution systems and hold or be eligible for a P.Eng designation. Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and industry-standard design software like SPIDAcalc or PLSCAD is required.
