In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Energy and Resources team, taking on responsibility for a diverse range of multidisciplinary projects. As a key player on our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, contributing to projects across Canada and gaining valuable experience in various sectors.Primary Responsibilities Participate and produce various deliverables in line with the project needs; Work in multidisciplinary project teams, produce and sign off deliverables; Work with the Department Lead to pursue new business opportunities with new and/or existing clients Assist stakeholders in proposal writing and fee estimates Coach, guide and mentor junior engineers on the team Collaboratively support business/operations through sound management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge & resources Provide expertise in Capital and Operating projects Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety, as well as all other regulations & policies Development & implementation of budgets Partake in site surveys QualificationsBachelor of Engineering Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent8+ years of engineering design experience within mining, heavy industrial or related industries.P.Eng designation Proven organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills; Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, self-motivate, and adapt to change; Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels. Experience with metal / mineral processing plants, piping, cooling systems, compression, mining operations, conveyance systems and / or pressure vessels are considered assets.Why choose CIMA+?
