Lead a team of HR professionals in developing and delivering HR operational plans aligned with client business objectives and corporate priorities. Advise and coach leaders and the HR team on complex employee and labour relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and the implementation of HR policies and programs.

Lead flood management infrastructure studies and manage river and creek assets through inspections, condition assessments, service-level planning, and reporting. Review infrastructure and development proposals, conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, monitor flood and other watershed risks, and support emergency preparedness and response.

Review and guide temporary traffic control plans and detour designs, coordinate their implementation with internal and external stakeholders, and inspect worksites to ensure compliance with approved plans and applicable requirements. Respond to public and stakeholder inquiries, support roadway operations and permitting, and contribute to policies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
