Our Co-operators agency in Oakville is looking for a motivated and organized Insurance Advisor to join our team! 🏠🚗 What we’re looking for: ✅ Customer service & sales experience ✅ OTL licence in Ontario strongly preferred ✅ Must get Life Insurance license LLQP after onboarding ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask ✅ Strong team player with a positive attitude ✅ English + Portuguese is strongly preferred 🇨🇦🇧🇷 ➕ Spanish is a bonus! What you can expect: 💰 Approximately $50,000 CAD/year, depending on experience 🏢 Hybrid schedule: 3 days in our Oakville office + 2 days working from home 💵 Commission opportunities after the probationary period 🎁 Potential benefits after the probationary period 📚 Training and professional development 📜 Support toward obtaining your Life Insurance (LLQP) licence 📈 Opportunity to grow within the insurance industry The role You’ll work directly with clients to provide excellent service, understand their insurance needs, provide quotes, and identify opportunities to offer the right products and solutions. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, proactive and comfortable with both sales and customer conversations. Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but can also take ownership of their responsibilities. If you already have your OTL licence and experience in insurance, that’s a big plus. Requirements

Customer service and sales experience are sought, and an Ontario OTL license is strongly preferred. The successful candidate must obtain an LLQP life insurance license after onboarding; strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork are also expected, with English and Portuguese strongly preferred and Spanish considered a bonus.
