Read technical specifications and design, review, and standardize electrical drawings, including diagrams, control schematics, and wiring drawings. Select and verify electrical components and materials, support production, ensure mechanical structures meet electrical specifications, and prepare final project manuals.

Lead and coordinate a manufacturing team, including scheduling, attendance, technical support, training, communication, and project-related inventory. Participate in assembling and installing electrical and mechanical components for outdoor circuit breakers while ensuring workplace health and safety policies are followed.
