Who are we looking for? We are seeking a reliable, professional, and service-driven Night Auditor to join our team. Working through the overnight hours, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth, secure, and welcoming experience for our guests while accurately completing the hotel’s daily financial and operational processes. The successful candidate is comfortable working independently, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in providing exceptional overnight service while representing the Element by Westin brand. What will you do? As a Night Auditor, you will: * Welcome late-arriving guests with a warm, genuine, and professional demeanor. * Complete guest arrivals and departures efficiently while ensuring accuracy of reservations, billing, and payment processing. * Respond to overnight guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. * Monitor the hotel throughout the night and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and associates. * Complete the daily night audit process accurately and efficiently in accordance with hotel and Marriott brand standards. * Balance and reconcile daily hotel transactions, including room charges, payments, and other revenue. * Review and verify guest accounts, reservations, room rates, and billing information for accuracy. * Prepare and distribute daily financial, operational, and occupancy reports. * Process late-night reservations, modifications, cancellations, and room changes as required. * Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to guest requests and inquiries in a professional manner. * Communicate important overnight issues, guest concerns, and operational updates to the appropriate departments and management team. * Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to address overnight guest needs and operational requirements. * Maintain accurate records, cash handling procedures, and appropriate documentation. * Monitor access to the hotel and follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures. * Conduct regular property checks and report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns. * Assist with light administrative and operational tasks as required. * Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive team culture. * Support Valet operations where applicable WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Previous Night Audit, Front Desk, Guest Services, or customer service experience is considered an asset. * Previous hospitality or Marriott experience is preferred but not required. * Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with numbers, reports, and financial transactions. * Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions during overnight hours. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with guests * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. * Comfortable handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally. * Proficient with computers and willing to learn hotel management and point-of-sale systems. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment when handling guest and financial information. * Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and positive attitude. * Ability to remain alert, organized, and attentive throughout an overnight shift. * Flexible availability, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining exceptional service standards. * Clean drivers abstract to support Valet operations overnight is preferred Benefits of Working for Concord Hospitality Concord associates earn competitive wages and are eligible to enroll in our comprehensive benefits package.
