Power Platform Senior Consultant / Architect Fully Remote (Canada) | Permanent| Up to $170,000 CAD The Opportunity A well-established Microsoft Dynamics partner is looking for a Senior Power Platform Consultant / Architect to join their growing team on a fully remote basis anywhere in Canada. This is a hybrid technical-and-functional role for someone who can move comfortably between client-facing solution design and genuine hands-on build — spanning Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot. You will lead the design and delivery of Power Platform solutions for a variety of clients, acting as a trusted advisor while remaining close enough to the technology to build, configure, and troubleshoot alongside your team. Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) Strong working knowledge of Azure services and how they integrate with Power Platform solutions A blend of functional consulting skills (requirements gathering, solution design, client engagement) and hands-on technical delivery Experience designing and implementing end-to-end business solutions for external clients, ideally from within a Microsoft partner or consultancy environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating across distributed teams and clients Highly Desirable Experience with Microsoft Fabric (lakehouses, data pipelines, semantic models) Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or embedding Copilot/AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-600, PL-400, DP-600, or AZ-104 Experience mentoring junior consultants or developers within a partner environment The Role Fully remote, based anywhere in Canada Client-facing role covering discovery, solution architecture, and delivery Opportunity to work across a varied client portfolio and multiple industries Genuine scope to shape solutions end-to-end, from architecture through to hands-on build Apply Now To apply or find out more about this Power Platform Senior Consultant / Architect opportunity, contact: Alex Blok | alex.blok@conspicuous.com
