The HR Advisor will manage daily HR operations including recruitment, health and safety, employee relations, and training at the Drummondville plant. They will also support management with workforce planning, internal communications, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The controller manages accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and budget support to provide accurate financial information to senior management. They also oversee the accounting team, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate and supervise all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Additionally, the role involves managing inventory, procurement processes, and leading the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
