Key Responsibilities Diagnose and perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs Conduct inspections and identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors Complete detailed repair stories, including complaint, cause, and correction Verify parts for accuracy prior to installation Maintain a high standard of workmanship, efficiency, and productivity Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Mentor and support apprentices and junior technicians Participate in ongoing manufacturer and industry training Qualifications Red Seal Automotive Service Technician Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong experience in mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment What Makes You Successful You are: Passionate about automotive technology A problem solver who enjoys diagnosing complex issues Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable Committed to delivering quality workmanship Customer-focused and professional A positive team player who contributes to a strong workplace culture Crown Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
