Prepare and deliver curriculum-based lessons, assess student learning, provide individualized support, and communicate progress with students, families, and school officials. Maintain student records and safety, contribute to staff development and collaboration, and follow school board policies and professional standards.

Support students with learning, behavioral, developmental, or physical disabilities in academic work, communication, mobility, daily living, and personal care, following teacher direction and each student's Individual Education Plan. Monitor student safety, document progress and incidents, assist with crisis intervention, supervise students during school activities and excursions, and contribute feedback to support teams.

Maintain student records and individualized education plans, support students' physical, mental, and social development, and uphold school policies, professional standards, and student safety.
