Through a refined artistic sensibility and cross-cultural foundation, we design architectural narratives that seamlessly bridge diverse design languages with clarity and timeless elegance. We are looking for a creative and passionate Junior Interior Designer with strong 3D modelling and visualization skills to join our hospitality design studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into compelling visual concepts and is eager to develop a career in luxury hospitality design. EXPERIENCE 0–3 years of professional experience. Outstanding graduates with exceptional portfolios are welcome to apply. KEY SKILLS Design Strong design sensibility with good spatial planning and proportion. Passion for hospitality, hotel, restaurant, and luxury interior design. Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and colour. 3D Modelling & Visualization (Highest Priority) Excellent SketchUp modelling skills. Strong Enscape rendering skills. Ability to build detailed and accurate interior models efficiently. Good understanding of lighting, composition, and camera angles. Ability to produce presentation-quality renderings. Graphic Presentation Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign. Ability to prepare professional presentation boards and concept documents. Strong visual communication skills. Technical Skills Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Revit experience is an advantage but not essential. PERSONAL QUALITIES We are looking for someone who: Has a strong passion for design. Is proactive, responsible, and self-motivated. Works well in a collaborative studio environment. PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS Applicants should demonstrate: Strong interior design concepts. High-quality SketchUp models. Realistic Enscape renderings. Excellent presentation boards. Creative thinking and attention to detail. A portfolio is more important than years of experience.
